As a Consultant and Marketing Communications Professional, Laurie brings more than ten years of experience in website management including corporate sites, non-profits, portals, intranets and secure extranets.

Laurie provides one-on-one consultation regarding website creation and redesign, in addition to facilitating website maintenance. In her role as Marketing Communications Manager, Laurie works with clients to identify marketing opportunities through other mediums, such as collateral, print, interactive CDs, animated demos, trade show videos and sales presentations.

Laurie has extensive experience in working in higher education as well as with companies such as Inktomi, Lucent Technologies, APL and Bay Cable Advertising among many others. Previously, Laurie was Corporate Webmaster for Inktomi wherein she performed numerous site redesigns and managed the production of 500,000 + pieces of collateral, or as she says “I protected the Inktomi brand.”

She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Humanities and Marketing from San Francisco State University, with recent studies in Web Design and Desktop Publishing. She is enthusiastic about travel, photography, film, yoga and alternative forms of transportation.
